File Folders

You can add metadata (information about the contents of the file) that makes it easier to find information whenever you need it.. Access control, edit-in-place and versioning are simple. And team members can actively discuss the files within the same folder.

There’s no duplication because each file actually resides in only one place. It can live in kablink or on a shared drive. kablink indexes it wherever it resides so you always have the most accurate seach results.

File Download

• You can download a file simply by clicking its download button.
• The file opens right on your desktop.

File Folders Upload

• Click New File Entry and kablink gives you the opportunity to browse your local files for the desired file.
• Drag and drop multiple files from your file system to add entries to a folder or attachments to an entry.
• Use WebDAV to move files directly to a mirror of the kablink folders in your file system.
